JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A jury identified Greg Carter, proprietor of Carter’s Ortega Pharmacy, not responsible of federal wellbeing treatment fraud charges.
The wellbeing treatment fraud investigation started in 2015 when Carter contacted authorities to inform them of problems he had relating to questionable techniques, which led to Carter turning out to be a component of a felony investigation even with him initiating the report to the authorities.
